| History In 1973, Jim and Maria Kiesow had a dream. Jim was on a fishing trip and heard of a pizza parlor in Port Washington that was up for sale. The couple seized the opportunity and bought the little parlor. Jim had already been working in an Italian restaurant for some time, and Maria's family had been in the restaurant business for years. The two of them settled into their new business and have been growing ever since. The menu has expanded over the years to accommodate the growing clientele.
